What?

Bali, "Island of Gods", is the ultimate tourist destination boasting rich culture, amazing cuisine and a warm tropical climate. From April through October the dry season brings reliable trade winds to the southern tip of the island which rewards pilots with astounding soaring conditions every afternoon.

Who?

The smooth and reliable trade winds make this trip a great fit for all pilots. Whether you are a new P2 looking to bag airtime or a veteran pilot looking for a relaxing get away in a breathtaking destination.

 

This trip is also a perfect for pilots wanting to travel with their non-flying partners. Our team will make sure your partner is well taken care off while you're in the air with plenty of planned activities included for everyone.

Where?

Bali is a small Island in the middle of the Indonesian archipelago. There are two flying site we will be utilizing, Timbis and Candi Dasa.

 

Timbis offers pilots up to 16km of soarable coastline over turquoise lagoons and unparalleled views of the Bukit Peninsular and the Indian Ocean.

 

Candi Dasa is a small coastal village on Bali's SE coast, the flying in Candi Dasa offers pilots a unique view of the volcanic heritage of the island. The lift band at Candi Dasa can sometime be so big pilots can safely soar above cloudbase surfing the edge of the clouds.

Format

During the flying days we will fly in the afternoons after a delicious lunch at one of our favorite warungs or restaurants. In the mornings we will offer a variety of activities including visits to temples, exotic beaches, snorkeling trips, offshore fishing trip, cooking classes and more.

 

All activities listed under pricing are included in the cost of the trip, but if you'd prefer to relax by the pool and get a massage then you can opt in or out as you please. During our stay in Bali we will fly Timbis 4 days and Candi Dasa 4 days.

Pricing

The Bali tour costs $2950 for pilots and $1475 for non-pilot partners and includes the following:

  • Excursion to Uluwatu Temple and entry fees
